Reason : Ego Clash.
ReplyDeleteThe best thing is to counsel both the party. Educate them the importance of their role in a family. Develop sense of responsibility in both the party.
A husband role is to balance himself between both and not to react weighing the heavier side of the conflict. He should be in a position to convince during conflicts and be a third party judge without favoritism in mind.
