Ano: At least try to see the positive side of the development work. Lights will eventually will be placed. Drivers mostly use the road during the day, so that won't be much of a problem.
@Anonymous1: Highways in other countries don't have lights, unless in the vicinity of an entry into large cities. Please don't say stupid things. Obviously any car has to use it's own lights if it is dark or rainy.
In most areas of this highway there are no lights, so how do they drive at night? vehicles have to use their own lights... :(((
